Qualification
  • Finance & Accounts Officer: Candidates must have a Postgraduate degree in Commerce/Economics from a recognized university, along with 10 years of experience in finance and accounts in government institutions. A desirable qualification is an MBA in Finance.
  • Library & Information Officer: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or Library & Information Science, with 5 years of experience in library management. A Master’s degree in Library Science is preferred.
  • Estate & Security Officer: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required, along with 5 years of experience in defense, police, or paramilitary services, not below the rank of Captain or Deputy SP.
  • Medical Officer: An MBBS degree from a recognized institution is required, with registration under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Preference will be given to candidates with an MD in General Medicine.
  • Guest House & Hostel Supervisor: A Bachelor’s degree is required along with 5 years of experience in hostel or guest house management in a government institution. Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Catering or Hotel Management will be preferred.
  •  Scientist/Technical Supervisor Grade I: Candidates must have an M.Sc./M.Pharm./M.V.Sc. degree with 4 years of research/teaching experience in relevant fields. A Ph.D. with 2 years of post-qualification experience is desirable.
  • Scientist/Technical Supervisor Grade II: A Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.Pharm./M.V.Sc.) is required, along with 2 years of experience in research or teaching.
  • Administrative Officer: A Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience as an Assistant Section Officer (ASO) or equivalent in any government organization is required.
  • Secretary to Registrar: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in a government institution is required. Computer proficiency is desirable.
  • Public Relations Officer: A Postgraduate degree is required, along with 5 years of experience in public relations or training & placement. Candidates with an MBA or PG Diploma in Mass Communication will be preferred.
  • Technical Assistant (Computer Section): A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required, along with 3 years of experience in data management and website management. A Master’s degree in Computer Science is desirable.
  •  Accountant: A B.Com degree with 3 years of experience in government or university finance/accounting departments is required. An M.Com or MBA in Finance is preferred.
  • Receptionist cum Telephone Operator: Candidates must have a Graduate degree in any discipline, along with 3 years of experience in reception or telephone operations. Good communication skills and computer proficiency are preferred.
  • Assistant Grade I: A Graduate degree with 2 years of experience in administration or establishment work in a government institution is required. Knowledge of government rules and computer operations is desirable.
  •  Assistant Grade-II: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in noting and drafting in government organizations.
  • Junior Technical Assistant: Candidates must have a 10+2 (Science stream). Knowledge of computers is desirable.
